Dust
generated by operators and various materials is the main
pollution source inside of cleanroom, the air shower set
in front of entry of the room is to try to remove those
dust carried by personnel and materials as much as
possible with a very strong blow air before they enter in
to Clean or critical area.
HEPA
filter with perfect performance can maintain the cleanliness of the room with
its long service life.
Imported low noise fan provides the powerful cleaning
air flow rate to remove the dust in maximum. the air speed
up to 22m/s～25m/s,
which
also can be adjusted. Built-in nozzles extends the air covering area
free of dead angle. interlock door system and
optical sensor are available .

CBI
cleaning booth is the flexible, reliable module clean room for
any production where dusts level should be controlled. Presently
the cleanliness inside booth can be set up from ISO 3-ISO9 .all
cleanliness and layout of the area is easily re-setting based
on end user's different request to meet latest process and products
been doing under this area.
At meantime CBI s adopting the high quality
imported cleaning unit with the features of convenient assembling,
low cost, which is also, the first choice of the old production
line and modifying small cleaning production workshop. |
1. FFU is installed on ceiling to purified air. All around is covered with anti static curtain or other
ESD materials in the frame to form a relative sealed space.
The positive pressure will be form when the air supplied to
clean the room.
2. Adopted the special aluminum alloy shaping material, disassembled
structure, easy installation, short built period, low pollution,
low noise and minimum effect to existing production.
3. Available to adjust cleanliness by increasing and decreasing
the quantity of cleaning unit |

CBI is capable of providing a turned -key service for clean room projects or supply clean room facilities used in such as
semiconductor, Micro electronic, HDD, LCD, optical communication
components and pharmaceutical field etc .In over past years in China,
CBI also cooperated with oversea famous consultant company and domestic
leading design institutes to introduce latest technology to our local
clients based on energy saving, cost deduction and environmental protection
.we believe that our experienced and professional engineers will give
you confidence to guaranty your satisfaction to the project .
INSTALLATION and TESTING
CBI has well-trained team both for technicians and
Skilled workers working on site to do installation based on our design. international
latest technology for clean room installation are used through whole
project and also GB Standards for safety procedures and ISO 9002 for
quality control are strictly followed.
Self-testing report followed by FED-STD-209e or
ISO14644 is provided by our engineer once installation is done. CBI
is able to provide service for clean room verify under current major standards
such as NEBB.
MAINTENANCE
FOR CLEAN ROOM
CBI offer 1 year warranty for all equipment and
three years warranty for free of labor charge. our local service
station working on projects both within warranty time or
expired 24 hours responding service is available and 3 months
regular checking is provided during warranty time.
